Is There A Right Way To Weigh Yourself On Weight Scales?
Yes, you should try to always wear the same thing
(or nothing at all!) Weigh in at the same time of day each time.
You’ll obviously be lighter in the morning before breakfast
than after dinner at night, so be sure you have the same time and
place everytime! Also use the same scale if possible. Scales sometimes
are a little off and you want to be sure you have the same scale
to go by!
