The best exercise is one that you feel good about. Swimming is a great over all exercise, meaning it works all your muscels. Some people love to run or bike. I have a friend whose only exercise is hiking (she loves it!) The most important thing is being active. Walking home from work will burn around 200 calories if done for an hour. That’s not bad and it’s extremely good for your emotions as well! Do what you like and you’ll be more likely to do it longer! The most important thing is to have fun and feel good about it!
